Shipping and Delivery

Ayurveda Shakti is always committed to delivering excellent quality products to our customers wherever they are. Product purchases are shipped from our production warehouse by our logistics partner.

Domestic Orders: processed within one business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Expect delivery within 3-5 business days.

International Orders: processed within one business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Expect delivery within 7-10 business days. We ship worldwide. Free shipping applies on international orders of 100 USD or more; a flat 20 USD shipping charge applies below that. Customs duty, import duty, and other government taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping charges shown at checkout.

Deliveries are made between 10 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. The delivery must be signed for by the recipient or someone at the address on their behalf.

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept open or damaged products once sold or delivered, and follow strict policies regarding exchange or refund:

• Report any damaged or tampered product to our customer care within 24 hours of delivery, with supporting images/videos.
• Report quality or effectiveness complaints within seven days of receiving your order.
• We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery, including from neglect, wrong application, or improper use.
• Exchanges are only processed for products returned undamaged, in good, saleable condition, and in original packaging.
• All return and exchange requests are reviewed by our team before approval. Once sold, no refund is made unless this review is completed.
